It’s music time! With the desire and need to have a unique illustration created for one of their independent artists, Grass fed Music reached out to me to illustrate an album for their Weekend cover.

This cover was sketched and colored within the program Procreate on an iPad Pro. The concept description was given by the client with reference photos of a specific purple lit home and the desire to have the artist herself illustrated in front of that building.

Using this direction I moved forward with creating the two different layout options below. The full color illustration was completed once a final design was decided upon and the desired dimensions were acquired.
