As many conferences are becoming virtual it is crucial for these events to have a well functioning and easy to navigate site. Tribal EPA is an annual conference hosted for Native Americans to have discussions and share in experiences and community.
This site was unique in that unfortunately their previous website was taken down so any reference to what they initially used and liked from the past was gone. Moving forward, new submission forms were created along with an easy to manage schedule and a new subpage dedicated to all of the past conference assets that they were able to recover such as videos and imagery.
Tribal EPA was designed in Sketch, presented using InVision, and finally built within WordPress using The7 theme. Plugins that were utilized for this site were WP Table Builder along with Gravity Forms, both of which are very customizable and some of the more user friendly options out their.
While creating the web design for this site, colors were used from the provided logo carefully in order to present a website that would be ADA accessible for all of the body text and CTA buttons.
