HEAR Center is an organization that focuses on providing affordable hearing and speech services for people of all ages.
This website design for HEAR Center was first made with the desktop software Sketch, presented using the online platform InVision, and then lastly built using the theme Divi in WordPress. The reason for this website design was because their previous website was unable to clearly display all of the information they wished and needed to share with their demographic. They also were concerned with following ADA Accessibility for their site visitors, especially the site impaired, so this was a large focus for updating their site.
The site colors were all chosen based upon their new logo and branding, keeping ADA accessibility in mind as we ensured contrast and legibility would not be compromised on the site! HEAR Center’s WordPress website design was also developed to now include more functionality such as a third party online chat service and better integrated JotForms to sign up for their newsletters.
